What Is a Leukopak?

A leukopak is a concentrated collection of white blood cells—including T-cells, B-cells, monocytes, and other immune cells—obtained through a specialized process called leukapheresis. These white blood cells play a critical role in the body’s defense against disease and are used in research aimed at developing therapies to treat conditions such as cancer, autoimmune disorders, infectious diseases, and cell-based and regenerative therapies.

Compensation for Your Leukopak Donation

We value the time, effort, and commitment involved in donating white blood cells through a leukopak donation. As a thank you for your contribution, we offer fair and immediate compensation to every eligible donor.

Payment is provided on-site after your donation is complete. There’s no waiting period—you’ll receive your compensation the same day.

Eligibility Criteria

Age & Health

You must be between 18 and 60 years old, be in good general health, and have a suitable vein in each arm.

Viral Testing

All donors are screened for HIV, Hepatitis A, B, and C, and Syphilis to ensure the donation safety.

Plasma Donation Requirement

  • Advance Cell Therapies for cancer, autoimmune, and infectious diseases.
  • Improve Understanding of the Immune System and create new diagnostic tools.
  • Accelerate Drug Development that brings new hope to patients faster.

  1. Complete Two Plasma Donations: Two standard plasma donations are required before your leukopak donation visit. If you’re already a plasma donor, this step may be complete.
  2. Schedule Your Leukopak Donation: Our team will contact you to set up your appointment.
  3. Leukopak Donation Appointment: Your visit begins with a full medical screening, followed by the leukapheresis procedure (approximate total time: 4 hours)
  4. Compensation: You will receive compensation immediately after each of your two plasma and leukopak donations.

Please plan to spend 4 to 5 hours at the center on donation day.
